Wireless Networks

Share files, printers, and Internet access

It's hard to believe, but wireless technology really works - and is affordable for every family and home/small office.

Many families are now installing high speed cable or DSL internet access.  This broadband capability allows you to access the Internet at 50 times the speed of the fastest consumer dialup modem.  Once you start enjoying this incredible broadband speed, you will soon want to enable every PC to share this ability.

You can do this by setting up a home network - either wired or wireless.  Setting up a wired network is straightforward, but requires the installation of network cables - which can be inconvenient and expensive.  The solution is to make your network wireless - as long as the PCs no more than 100 feet apart.

You will need a wireless router.  Each PC will then require a wireless network adaptor.  For a total of a few hundred dollars, every PC in your home will be surfing the Net at lightening speed.

Let Family Technology take care of everything.
