iCal Instructions for your Apple/Mac calendar
Use Apple iCal
to SUBSCRIBE to our Allendale Boro 2010 Calendar
Your Apple/Mac iCal calendar, included with the
Apple X (and above) operating systems is a very powerful scheduling
tool. In additional to maintaining your own schedule, iCal can
also be used to SUBSCRIBE to additional public and private
calendars. All you need is an iCal address in ICS Format.
This iCal address is provided to you by the owner of any calendar.
For example, many NY/NJ sports teams publish their games schedule -
which you can then SUBSCRIBE to and add to your own calendar (with
SUBSCRIBE-ing capability).
Any calendar that is available on-line and
has an ICS Format address, can be SUBSRIBEd to using iCal, Outlook,
and many other desktop, mobile, and on-line calendar products.
In order to demonstrate the power of using and
SUBSCRIBE-ing to a calendar, I have established a calendar of
services provided by the Borough of Allendale to its residents.
As the owner of this calendar, I am making it available to the
public by publishing its ICS Format address below.
Follow the instructions below to
SUBSCRIBE to our Allendale Boro 2010 calendar
Step One
Highlight and copy the following address below:

Step Two

by Family Technology to this calendar will appear automatically.
